How do I prepare for my Laser treatment
Follow these must-do prep steps before your laser appointment to get the best results!
✔ Shave 24 hours before (no waxing or plucking!)
✔ Skip the lotions & deodorants on the treatment area
✔ Avoid sun exposure & fake tan for at least 2 weeks
✔ Stay makeup-free if treating your face
✔ Wear loose, comfy clothing for post-treatment comfort
What should I expect from Dermaplanning
The treatment is quick, pain-free, and has no downtime—so you can glow and go! Perfect before an event or just as a treat for your skin.
Do you accept Assistance Dogs?
For clinical safety reasons, and to comply with UK law, we kindly ask that any assistance dogs brought onto the premises are fully trained and accredited or trained to an equivalent standard. Dogs in training may not be permitted in treatment areas requiring strict hygiene controls.
Clients are kindly requested to inform us at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance if they will be accompanied by an assistance dog.
This allows us to make appropriate arrangements to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all parties.
I need to cancel my appointment what's your policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment within 24hours or the same day we will take your deposit and ask for a new deposit at the time of re-booking.
